Purposes and basis of personal data processing

  1. CONTACT FORM.
    If you fill out the contact form, send us an e-mail or letter, we process your data for the purpose of contact and correspondence. Your contact details are also used to send important messages, e.g. about changes in the functioning of the website, changes to the regulations. This data, together with the correspondence itself, will be subject to archiving by us. In this case, the legal basis for processing is our legally justified purpose as an administrator, consisting in conducting correspondence in connection with business activities and the right to archive this correspondence and inform about business activities.
  2. ORDERING A GOOD OR SERVICE.
    If your data was provided in connection with the order of goods or services, we process it in order to conclude and perform the contract in which you are interested. The legal basis for processing is then art. 6 sec. 1 letter b GDPR, i.e. the necessity of processing data to perform the contract or the necessity of processing them to take action at your request before concluding the contract – we process the data.
  3. PHONE CONVERSATION.
    In the case of a telephone conversation, we ask for personal data only if it is necessary to deal with the matter you are calling us about and only for this purpose do we process it. The legal basis for processing is then our legally justified purpose as an administrator, consisting in the need to resolve matters related to our business activity.

Consent

In some cases, if we ask for your consent to the processing of personal data, we process your data based on consent and only for the purpose that we specify when asking for your consent. Our employees are trained to inform you each time they need your data about the purpose and scope of processing. Providing your data is voluntary, but failure to provide it will prevent us from achieving the purpose of processing, e.g. contacting you or concluding a contract. If the purpose of data processing is to perform a contract, providing the necessary data is necessary in order to conclude the contract.

Period of storing personal data

If you consent to the processing of your data, we will process it until you withdraw your consent. If we process your data for the purpose of performing a contract, it will be processed until the statute of limitations for claims related to the performance of the contract expires in the event that data processing is necessary to take action at your request before concluding a contract, we process the data for this purpose until the contract is concluded or until it turns out that the contract will not be concluded. The data provided by you, which we process for the purpose of contacting you, will be processed as long as there is a need for contact, as well as for the purpose of archiving correspondence until such need exists on our side, no longer than 5 years or until the objection raised is upheld.

Rights related to the processing of personal data

You can request that we send your data to another administrator. However, we will only do this if such a transfer is technically possible. The right to transfer personal data applies only to data processed by us on the basis of a contract or on the basis of your consent,
  • if you consent to the processing of data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, for this purpose you should send us information by traditional mail or e-mail.
